Scott Lowe

Coach

I have been in ministry for 27 years, serving for the last twelve years as the senior pastor of a church plant in Fort Collins CO.

I have had the privilege of serving on many non-profit boards which included (RYM - Ministry to youth, Ruminate Magazine - Literary Magazine, Restoration Now Global - Construction Mercy Ministry).

I am passionate about coaching pastors because I have been a pastor on the frontlines and I could not have done it without mentors, counselors, and coaches in my life. I am passionate about the good, true and beautiful others (that gets so lost in all the performance and demands so that those pastors will know joy and can bring that joy to others. The Gospel of Jesus is my fuel!

My main goal as I work with pastors is that they know joy and can bring joy to others. I find a particular passion working with pastors that have lost their way. They began so well but now they are doing the grind and have forgotten their identity in Christ. They give so much that they are empty.

I love to help pastors thrive personally, become more balance and whole in their spiritual walk and make strides to know how they are and how they can continue to make a difference in their particular context.   I am particularly drawn to pastors going through a lot of transition and struggles to know how to make the next steps.  I love to come along side pastors who long to grow in their spiritual walk and grow in their ministry strategy.

I have been married to my wife Amy for 22 years. We have two high school students Davis and Ella. I am a coach and a new Real Estate broker in Colorado. For the past 15 years I have served as co/founder and Senior Pastor of church plant in Fort Collins. I loves reading, great outdoors, mountain biking, squash, smoking barbecue, beer and his greatest passion time with the family.
